1. What are your shipping policies?

We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after payment. You will receive a tracking number via email. Flat rate shipping is available within the continental US. Free shipping is offered on orders $500 and more within the US and Canada. International shipping rates vary based on location and weight. Customers are responsible for any custom/import fees.

 

2. How can I place an order?

Make sure you are a registered user as the site for wholesalers only. However it is FREE to register. Visit our online store at www.miesperanzaminerals.com, browse our products, and add them to your cart. Don't forget to checkout our Instagram live sales!

3. What is your return policy?

We source our crystals and gemstones from a variety of places. We are regularly adding new inventory, so be sure to check back often! We also specialize in Mexican Onyx and have a beautiful selection to shop from.
